Our Process:
- Establish the scope of the project – Here is where we explore all the possibilities of your vision, even the wildest ideas are documented here.
- Architect Involvement and In-house Design – Using the specifications we established in Step 1, we work with our design team to create a plan. View Flyer.
- Estimate time and materials needed – Once the plan is established, we can determine the materials and suppliers who will provide the elements to your project.
- Procure permits from local agencies – Depending on the job requirements, we will apply for all the necessary permits to start the job.
- Set a schedule and begin work – With all the prep work, materials, and permits completed, it’s time to get to work turning your dream into reality.
- Arrange for inspections – At each milestone in the schedule, local inspections for building codes are conducted to assure a quality job is performed.
- Final site clean-up and sign-off – The job is done and it’s time to clean up and sign off to assure every goal and milestone has been met to your satisfaction.
